It has been a pleasure working with Doug during the sale transaction of my house.

I had met Doug when, by curiosity, I went to see an open house in my neighborhood. I was impressed with the knowledge he had about the area and the statistical information he had to share with the visitors, including myself. He also presented himself in a very professional and educated manner, showing the key features of the property, but not overdoing it.

When I was getting ready to sell my property, I contacted and interviewed few agents and Doug was by far, with very few hours to get ready, the one who presented the material the best and made me feel comfortable about the person who was going to handle the sale of my house.

During the sale process of the house, Doug always explained to me in detail all the necessary steps that we had to go through as well as the financial consequences and timing of these actions.

He was constantly following up on possible candidates and keeping me posted with the situations. He had all the pertinent marketing material, video, pics, flyers, printed material, etc. prepared in a very professional manner. In addition, due to business reasons, I was overseas for most of the sale period of the property and Doug kept contacting me with updated information. He made the whole process smooth and easy to go through.

He always represented me with loyalty and in the best of my financial interest and he made all the possible efforts and arrangements to have the final transaction closed in the best way.
